    Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojna or Saubhagya is a newly launched scheme by PM Narendra Modi which aims for last mile power connectivity to willing household. This is yet another attempt to lift the living standard of poor people in India. This scheme aims to improve the environment, public health, education and connectivity. This is 16320-Crore scheme with a target of December 2018. Saubhagya is also one of the ambitious project of PM Modi and BJP which will target over 40 million people in mostly rural areas. Why Saubhagya is Launched     A village is declared to be electrified if at least 10% of house along with public places like schools, hospitals, panchayats have access to electricity. The Deen Dayal Upadhyay Gram Jyoti Yojana was launched in July 2015, which electrified more than 78% of 18000 villages.         Inter state transfers in India is very common and a huge chunk of people undergo the shift every year. Apart from all the difficulties in the transfer process, Vehicle transfer is a major one and its very complicated as it evolves lots of paper work between the two RTO office. In this post I will try to explain and walk through the process for personal vehicles.  There are two ways to legally drive your vehicle in new state : Pay the life time road tax in the new state's RTO and you are good to go. Transfer the registration to new state and get a new number plate altogether.
