Xerox was the first company, which designed a personal computer but they are nowhere in this segment today. Company’s like Apple and Microsoft entered this market later and ruling it. Similarly, 5 years earlier, India was flooded with PCOs. Reliance communication brought innovation in market and started selling affordable cell phones. Within very short span of time everyone had a mobile phone and PCOs become obsolete. Then PCO guys started selling cellphone recharges until recently when recharges become online. There is a noticeable pattern... Every third shop in market is of cell phones; selling phones, servicing, repairing, recharge, accessories and/or maintenance. Now we have Paytm, Mobikwik, Flipkart, Amazon and many more. People can book tickets from their phones. Money transactions scenarios are changing rapidly.
